Shawn Franklin serves as the Director of Customer Relations for Tevis Energy.
She began working at Tevis as a customer service representative 26 years ago.
Shawn served as Department Manager for many years. Recently, Shawn was promoted to Director of Customer Relations.
Shawn is also known for her effective and fun team building activities.
Some past activities include a spontaneous water balloon toss on a hot summer’s day, a company-wide potluck before the Superbowl, and casual dress days for community non-profit donations.
This is how Shawn describes her role at Tevis:
“I oversee our Customer Service and New Accounts teams throughout our organization and offices; helping to ensure that our customers are receiving the experience that they deserve when they call us , email us, interact with us on our website, or set up their new account.”
When asked why she enjoys working a Tevis, Shawn said this:
“I have been a member of the Tevis team for 26 years and have seen of a lot of changes over those years within our company. One thing that hasn’t changed over those years is the focus and value that Tevis Energy places on its customers, employees and the communities that we serve. That’s why I truly enjoy what I do.”
When Shawn is not at Tevis, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren! She is also known to spend time in her community doing good service and highlighting issues that matter. You may even see her at a local trivia night!
