Not impressed with added delivery charge. Fuel oil is high enough without you now having to be paid to deliver it. Many of your customers are senior citizens on fixed incomes and you’re putting an added burden on us.

Oil delivery is on automatic deliveries and we have a maintenance agreement for the equipment. Have not had an issue with either and that’s great.

I needed an oil delivery. My previous company schedule a week out. I decided to call Tevis for pricing. Their charge was so much better than my previous company. And the weather had turned very cold. I was afraid to turn on my boiler to hear my house not know how much fuel was in the tank. The service expert said she would have someone out the next day. I was thrilled. Needless to say, I really like Tevis

Your oil price is 25 -30 cents a gallon more than the local company and your delivery fee which just went up is ridiculous, so you charge customers 7.99 to deliver and offer an 2.41 discount for quick payment so the customer is still out 5.00

We have ALWAYS been pleased with all aspects of service from the Tevis family of businesses, however when our heat pump died and my husband and I both called to get a quote on a new system, it took the sales rep 3 WEEKS to call back. By then we had obtained estimates from 3 other companies and booked a service date. VERY POOR SERVICE.
