I tried to pay using one of my several credit cards, but it wasn't accepted because I had used a DIFFERENT card previously. Yes, I do have more than one card and have no idea which card I used previously and don't think it makes good business sense for you to require me to remember and use the same card each time I pay. So I entered my checking account information and you won't accept that because my phone number doesn't match. I cancelled my home line so many years ago I don't even remember what it is. YOU SHOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR CUSTOMERS TO PAY ONLINE. I will be changing oil delivery companies.

The office staff is amazing. They are always willing to help out with any issues, which are few and far between. The delivery people are also wonderful. They arrive on schedule, are friendly and quick.

These guys skipped me for an oil refill because they hadn't received payment. Guess what--it was mailed days before. But they let me, a client of years and years, have my furnaces literally burn out. Thankfully, they also sent help. But they caused the problem. It was awful.

Drivers need to be aware of changes in delivery address. I am on a tight budget and oil wss delivered to the wrong address. Now I have 2 bills for oil to pay, when it should have been 1.

When annual service was performed on our furnace last fall, we paid for a blower filter. During the winter we noticed an unusual amount of dust in all areas of our house. We recently called for service, at which time it became obvious that the filter had not been changed. It seems like your furnace service people are not thorough. We are disappointed. A change in company is being considered.
